SpacePDF provides a suite of free online tools for PDF document management. Our core principle is privacy-by-design, meaning most tools process your files directly in your web browser (“client-side”). We do not upload, store, or analyze the content of your personal documents for these tools.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

As a user of SpacePDF, you agree to use our services responsibly and legally. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process. You explicitly agree not to use our Service to create, edit, or share any content that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpacePDF, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. A Special Note on the “PDF Corruptor” Tool

Our “PDF Corruptor” is provided as an experimental tool for testing and educational purposes only. It is intended to demonstrate file structure vulnerabilities. You agree to use this tool responsibly and at your own risk. SpacePDF is not liable for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of files generated by this tool, including academic or professional repercussions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the SpacePDF service including our brand name, logos, website design, and underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of SpacePDF. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
