Terms & Conditions - ID Card Engine

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, or using the ID Card Engine services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Key Recovery Charges

If you lose or forget your Activation Key, recovery charges apply based on your subscription plan as follows:

Forgot / Lost Activation Key Fee Schedule

~30 Days Plan Key Recovery Rs 100

180 Days Plan Key Recovery Rs 200

365 Days Plan Key Recovery Rs 400

Key recovery requests require submitting payment proof and administrative verification before issuing a replacement key.

3. Subscription & Renewal Policy

30 Days Plan: Renewal opens strictly within 15 days of your plan's expiry date.
180 Days & 365 Days Plans: Renewal opens within 30 days of your plan's expiry date.
Bonus Validity: All plans automatically include extra complimentary grace days calculated upon activation.
Subscriptions provide dedicated PDF export limits as specified per package. Unused limits expire at the end of the subscription duration.

4. File Formats & Export Rules

1 Month Plan: Allows Standard Quality upload/export in JPEG / JPG formats only.
6 Months & 1 Year Plans: Allow High Definition (HD) Quality upload/export in JPEG, JPG, and PNG formats.

5. Account Security & Modifications

Activation keys are strictly bound to individual registered accounts. Sharing activation keys is prohibited. Users are allowed account recovery and profile updates subject to safety cooldowns and verification procedures.
